The Allergy and Asthma Associates of Pittsburgh have been providing allergy care for the citizens of the tri-state area for nearly 90 years.  The practice was founded by Dr. Mayer Green and its tradition has been continued by Drs. Richard Green, Andrew Vayonis and Thomas Mertz. The practice has been recognized locally, as well as nationally and internationally for the high quality of care provided to our patients.  It is our desire to continue to provide you with the finest allergy care available.
